Dina Kabdolla
Contemporary Artist, Fashion Designer & Founder of AYA by DK
Dina Kabdolla is a Kazakhstan-born contemporary artist, fashion designer, and founder of AYA by DK, a Los Angeles–based creative house specializing in wearable art, original paintings, collectible fashion, and storytelling.
Since the age of ten, Dina knew she wanted to become a fashion designer. Her creative journey led her from Kazakhstan to the United States, where she developed a multidisciplinary practice that bridges contemporary art and fashion through narrative, craftsmanship, and cultural heritage.
Artistic Practice
Working across painting, fashion, and mixed media, Dina creates original artworks and limited-edition collections that explore identity, femininity, sustainability, and the emotional connection between people and the objects they collect.
Inspired by the geometry of nature and the universe, she founded AYA by DK in 2015. Her signature collections—including Your Art Has Been Served™ and The 7 Queens Collection—transform storytelling into collectible works of art and fashion.
International Career
Dina’s work has been presented through runway shows, exhibitions, editorial collaborations, and international creative projects across the United States, Europe, North Africa, and the Caucasus.
As a fashion designer, her creations have been worn by celebrities including Paris Hilton, Bebe Rexha, Mýa, Christina Milian, and Nafessa Williams. Her work has appeared in publications including ELLE, L’OFFICIEL, Numéro, and Ladygunn, and has been featured in productions such as Birds of Prey and the Love & Hip Hop franchise.
Philanthropy
Dina has collaborated with charitable initiatives supporting underserved communities through art. She believes creativity has the power to inspire change, preserve culture, and give back to future generations.
