- Unfortunately, we are unable to gift-wrap at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Confirmation of Shipment
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail you that the order has shipped with your tracking number or log on to your account to view the status of your order.
Please note that we are only able to exchange items for a different color/size of the same item. You can place a new order if alternative items are required, and simply return the original item to us for a refund.
- We do not accept Returns on products that were not purchased from the ayabydk.com website.

- Merchandise must be returned within 15 days.
- Merchandise must have all original tags attached.
- Items must be in their original form (NOT worn, altered, or washed).
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund / exchange if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage.
- AYA BY DK does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe an item is defective please give notice to firstname.lastname@example.org before sending the item back.
- Use of pre-paid return shipping labels will incur a $7.00 shipping charge, which will be deducted from your return.
- You may use a shipper of your choice for a full refund, less the original shipping cost. To insure we receive your return/exchange please request a tracking number from your shipper.
- We are not responsible for lost returns or exchanges.
- Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- All Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
