Returns & Exchanges

  • Fashion Items: Eligible for return or exchange within 15 days of delivery only if the item is defective. We offer exchange or store credit for qualifying returns.
  • Art Pieces: Final sale. No returns. Lifetime repair guarantee applies—damaged pieces can be repaired at no cost.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for supporting AYA BY DK. Our return policy ensures a smooth and fair process for all orders, including art pieces, clothing, and personalized items.

Clothing Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of your order date. All eligible returns will be issued as store credit in the form of a gift card sent to the email address on the original order.

Clothing Return Requirements

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all packaging and tags intact.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Final Sale: Discounted items and personalized clothing or outfits are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• AYA BY DK is not responsible for returns lost or stolen in transit.

Art Returns

Due to the unique nature of our art pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges for original art pieces, custom orders, or prints.

Exceptions for Damaged Art Pieces

If your art piece arrives damaged, please contact us at info@ayabydk.com within 48 hours of delivery with detailed photos of the damage and packaging. Upon evaluation and approval of the claim, we will offer a replacement, repair, or store credit.

Processing & Return Shipping

Clothing Returns:

• Once received, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.

• If you use our pre-paid return label, a return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit.

• You may also return items using your own shipper. We recommend a service with tracking to ensure delivery.

Art Returns (in cases of damage):

• Return shipping fees for damaged art pieces will be covered by AYA BY DK upon claim approval.

Exchanges

• Clothing: We offer exchanges for size or color variations of the same item only.

• Art: Original art pieces and prints cannot be exchanged unless there is verified damage during shipping.

Shipping Policy

We ship both clothing and artwork domestically and internationally.

Tracking & Insurance

• All art pieces are shipped with tracking numbers and insurance to cover the full value of the piece.

• For lost or damaged shipments, contact info@ayabydk.com within 48 hours of delivery.

International Shipping

Customs duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

Final Notes

• Personalized Clothing: As an independent designer, AYA BY DK offers custom clothing and outfits. All custom and personalized pieces are final sale. For custom orders, please contact us at info@ayabydk.com.

• Purchases made outside of ayabydk.com are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

• AYA BY DK reserves the right to refuse returns if items are found to be worn, damaged, or altered.

• For custom-made or personalized artwork, all sales are final.

  • INTERNATIONAL shipments will be sent USPS, this requires and extra 3 to 7 days for processing and takes 2-3 weeks depending on your country's postal service. (Shipping cost includes: postage and handling)

Confirmation of Shipment

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail you that the order has shipped with your tracking number or log on to your account to view the status of your order.
