Exchanges
Please note that we are only able to exchange items for a different color/size of the same item. You can place a new order if alternative items are required, and simply return the original item to us for a refund.
Return Policy
We do not accept Returns on products that were not purchased from the ayabydk.com website.
For returns please send an email to info@ayabydk.com
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days.
Merchandise must have all original tags attached.
Items must be in their original form (NOT worn, altered, or washed).
We reserve the right to refuse a refund / exchange if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage.
AYA BY DK does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe an item is defective please give notice to info@ayabydk.com before sending the item back.
Use of pre-paid return shipping labels will incur a $7.00 shipping charge, which will be deducted from your return.
You may use a shipper of your choice for a full refund, less the original shipping cost. To insure we receive your return/exchange please request a tracking number from your shipper.
We are not responsible for lost returns or exchanges.
Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
All Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
